P216 CJEFAX 216 Mon 20 Oct 21:23/24       Two men who caused a security scare in Bournemouth during the Conservative Party Conference have each been fined. Joseph Hassad, of Edgware, Middlesjx, and Simon Manns, of Sale, Cheshire, pleaded guilty to possessing a gun without a licence. The two men, both trainee managers at the hotel where Mrs Thatcher and her Cabinet were staying, were fined £250 and ordered to pay £37.50 costs.
