P208 CEEFAX 208 Sun 26 Oct 05:30/38       Three people, including a top military official, are now said to have died in a bomb attaack in San Sebastian, Spain. Officials said the dead were General Rafael Garrido Gil, military governor of Guipuzcoa Province, his wife, and his 16-year-old son. A second son was seriously injured and at least 15 other bystanders hurt. The Basque separatist group ETA said that it carried out the attack.
