 Three people, including a top military 
 official, are now said to have died in 
 a bomb attaack in San Sebastian, Spain.
                                        
 Officials said the dead were General   
 Rafael Garrido Gil, military governor  
 of Guipuzcoa Province, his wife, and   
 his 16-year-old son.                   
                                        
 A second son was seriously injured and 
 at least 15 other bystanders hurt.     
                                        
 The Basque separatist group ETA said   
 that it carried out the attack.        
                                        
 Bombs later exploded at two shops in   
 Vitoria, injuring four people.
