 Four people are being held by police   
 in Scotland under the Prevention of    
 Terrorism Act.                         
                                        
 They were arrested last night after    
 landing in Stranraer, the Scottish     
 ferry port serving Northern Ireland.   
                                        
 A brief police statement merely said   
 the four were being held under the act
