 At least nine people were killed and   
 25 wounded in battles between She'ire  
 and Palestinian factions at refugee    
 camps in southern Lebanon.             
                                        
 The violence was described as the worst
 so far between the two groups.         
                                        
 Police said the fighting erupted after 
 sniper exchanges escalated into heavy  
 weapons fire.                          
                                        
 The She'ites said they had regained    
 control of three villages near Sidon   
 earlier overrun bz Palestinians, but   
 the Palestinians have said they are
