P206 CEEFAX 206 Mon 27 Oct 21:14/14       Foreign ministers from the 12 European countries of the EEC have so far not been able to agree to Britain's request for tough action against Syria. During the talks in Luxembourg, Greece refused to support British-sponsored measures against Syria. The Foreign Secretary, Sir Geoffrey Howe, submitted evidence of Syrian involvement in the plot to bomb an Israeli airliner.
