P210 CEEFAX 210 Mon 27 Oct 21:13/26       Labour's National Executive has voted to expel Miss Felicity Howling, secretary of Liverpool district party. The NEC, on a vote of 11-7 found Miss Howling guilty of being a member of the Militant Tendency, for which she was automatically expelled from the party. Party leader, Mr Neil Kinnock said the hearing was "full and fair". Miss Howling's expulsion is the twelfth and final case to bj dealt with after last winter's investigation into the operation of Militant on Merseysidj. Eight others have been expelled.
