P211 CEEFAX 211 Mon 27 Oct 21:03/25       Shell UK is to axe a further 700 jobs at Britain's biggest refinery, the Stanlow complex at Ellesmere Port. Most of the jobs will bj at management and supervisory level. Staff will leave over the next three years under the company's voluntary redundancy scheme. Since March last year, nearly 1,000 workers have left under the scheme. A £400 million investment programmj at Stanlow will increase capacity and output.
