 An inruiry has opened in London into   
 the death of Tzra Henry, who was killed
 by her father over two years ago.      
                                        
 Tyra, 21-months old, died in hospital  
 in September 1984 after suffering      
 massjvj brain damage. She also had 57  
 bite marks on her body.                
                                        
 Her father, Andrew Neale, was sentenced
 to life imprisonment in July last year 
 for battering her to death.            
                                        
 The inruiry was delayed bjcausj the    
 social workers' union, NALGO, was      
 concerned about the composition of the 
 panel and feared the inquiry would not 
 give its mjmbjrs a fair hearing.
