 Cauliflowers are this week's best buy  
 at 20-40p each and there are plenty    
 available.                             
                                        
 Othjt good vegetable buys include      
 brussels sprouts, calabresj and English
 potatoes at just 10-12p a lb.          
                                        
 The first of the Spanish oranges are   
 now in the shops at 12-20p each and    
 kiwifruit are reasonably priced at 15- 
 30p each.                              
                                        
 Some lamb joints have gone down in     
 price. And haddock, mackjral and Dover 
 sole are cheaper than in past weeks.
