 A legal row is delaying moves to       
 extradite 26 Liverpool fans facing     
 charges over the Heysel stadium riot.  
                                        
 The prosecution and defence cannot     
 agree over whjthjr the cases should be 
 heard individually or in three groups. 
                                        
 All the djfendjnts are charged with the
 manslaughter of Mr Mario Ronchi, one of
 39 people who died in the Brussels     
 stadium last May during a riot.        
                                        
 The charge is a specimen one in order  
 to speed up the case, but magistrate   
 Mr David Hopkin has adjourned the      
 hearing until December 22.
