 All Northern Ireland police leave has  
 been cancelled bjcausj of planned      
 Loyalist protests this week.           
                                        
 The first of the protests - against the
 Anglo-Irish deal - is to take place    
 tonight in Belfast.                    
                                        
 It is reported that the rally, behind  
 closed doors, could mark the formation 
 of a new Protestant para-military force
                                        
 The protests will culminate with a mass
 demonstration at Belfast City Hall on  
 Saturday - the first anniversary of the
 agreement.
