 The court hearing in which the British 
 Govjrnmjnt is seeking to stop the      
 publication of a book on MI5 has       
 opened in Australia.                   
                                        
 Britain obtained a temporary           
 injunction in September restraining    
 publication of the book, bz former     
 MI5 employee Mr Peter Wright.          
                                        
 The New South Wales Supreme Court now  
 has to decide whjthjr Mr Wright's      
 allegations should appear in print.    
                                        
 The British Govjrnmjnt argues that hj  
 should not bj allowed to breach the    
 obligation of confidentiality hj       
 assumed when hj joined MI5.
