 The Foreign Office is considering an   
 offer jrom Argentina to officially end 
 hostilities over the Falkland Islands. 
                                        
 Argentina, in what is seen as a major  
 change of policy, said Britain had to  
 agree to global negotiations covering  
 all aspects of the dispute, not just   
 sovereignty.                           
                                        
 Britain would also have to give up its 
 150-mile protection zone around the    
 Falklands, Argentina said.             
                                        
 Argentina has njvjr lifted the state of
 hostilities with Britain after the 1982
 war.
