 "Catastrophic fatigue failure" has "jen
 highlighted bz an investigation into   
 the recent helicopter crash in Shetland
 in which 44 people died.               
                                        
 The failure was in the Chinook         
 helicopter's forward rotor gearbox,    
 according to an accident bulletin      
 bz the Department of Transport's       
 investigation branch.                  
                                        
 In a Commons written reply, Aviation   
 Minister Mr Michael Spices said similar
 Chinooks on the UK civil register would
 not fly until evaluation bz the Civil
