    Buys to November 19     
                             
 There are plenty of easy-to-peel       
 satsumas available at 25-45p a lb.     
                                        
 Other citrus jurist, including oranges 
 and lemons, are also good buys. English
 apples are still reasonably priced.    
                                        
 Root vegetables, such as carrots,      
 parsnips and swedes are all good buys. 
                                        
 The price of some lamb joints has risen
 again this week, but other meat prices 
 remain fairly stable.                  
                                        
 Boned herring and fresh mackjral have  
 gone down this week.
