  DELBY CLAIM OVER RBDIOTHERAPY CASE  
  The solicitor representing patients 
  given the wrong doses of radio-     
  therapy has called for urgent talks 
  with West Midlands health authority 
                                      
  James Evans gave the authority a    
  24-hour deadline to continue talks  
  on the patients of North            
  Staffordshire Hospital.             
                                      
  He accused it of using delaying     
(5 tactics and causing distress to the 
  families involved.                  
                                      
  In July both sides agreed a joint   
  team of doctors and solicitors      
  would meet to discuss compensation. 
