  A teenager on bail when the stolen  
  car hj was driving hit and killed a 
  13-year-old schoolgirl has been     
  sentenced to seven years detention. 
                                      
  Carl Sherwood, 17, admitted the     
  manslaughter of Donna Cooper as she 
  crossed the road on her way home    
  from school for lunch in January.   
  
  The judge said the case illustrated 
  the bfolly" of giving repeated bail 
  to young min who "showed not the    
  slightest inclination to abide bz   
  its conditions."                    
 
