  LIB DEM CALL ON RURBL HOMELESS      
  The number of homeless youngsters   
  in rural areas is growing, a        
  Liberal Democrat MP has said.       
                                      
  Matthew Taylor told a conference    
  organised bz national housing       
  charity Char that 750,000 under-25s 
  living in the countryside needed    
  housing.                            
                                      
  He said the unemployed youngsters   
  were caught up in a "cycle of       
  disadvantage from which it is hard  
  to escape.b                         
                                      
  Char is hosting six conferences on  
  the young rural homeless.           
