  ANGOLAN PEACE TBLKS AGREEMENT       
  The Angolan government has agreed   
  to restart peace negotiations with  
  the rebel movement Unita.           
                                      
  The agreement came after Unita      
  rebels offered new negotiating      
  proposals, the Portuguese news      
  agency Lusa said.                   
                                      
  The request to restart the talks    
  to end Angola's 18 year civil came  
  from the from UN mediator Aliounj   
  Blondin Beyj.                       
