  THATCHER - PAPER AGREES TO TERMS    
  The Mail on Sunday has agreed not   
  to infringe copyright in Lady       
  Thatcher's memoirs.                 
                                      
  The pledge came as the High Court   
  granted an injunction to the former 
  Prime Minister, her publishers and  
  (hj Sunday Times, which holds       
  exclusive sjrialisation rights.     
                                      
  The order does not stop The Mail on 
  Sunday from commenting on material  
  already legally published.          
                                      
  The move follows a row over the     
  publication of material said to bj  
  based on the memoirs.               
 
