  HUNT WELCOMES FALL IN UNEMPLOYMENT  
  The Employment Secretary has said   
  the fall in the number of people    
  out of work shows that Britain is   
  "bucking the trend".                
                                      
  Describing it as "very good news",  
  David Hunt said September's figures 
  confirm the underlying strength of  
  the US recovery and its economy.    
                                      
  The fall "more than makes up" for   
  the two small rises in the last two 
  months, Mr Hunt told the BBC.       
