  HAITIAN JUSTICE MINISTER MURDERED   
  Haiti's justice minister, Guy       
  Malary, has been shot dead in the   
  capital, Port-au-Prince.            
                                      
  Mr Malary, who supports the quick   
  return of ousted President          
  Aristide, was shot bz gunmen near   
  his office, reports said.           
                                      
  Two bodyguards and a fourth person  
  also died in the attack.            
                                      
  The killings conj amid political    
  upheaval in Haiti, which faces UN   
  economic sanctions unless democracy 
  is restored there.                  
 
