Dig up very carefully in either early October or late March, split them up into clumps of 3-4 bulbs, then replant into an area which has not held the bulbs before. &5 Do not allow the bulbs to dry out - &5 replant immediately. Work plenty of &5 organic matter (ideally leaf mould) into soil and mulch every spring.
