  Great Britain hooker Martin Dermott 
  has pulled out of next week's       
  Second Test against New Zealand     
  with an elbow injury.               
                                      
  The 26-year-old Wigan ace           
  dislocated his left elbow for the   
  fourth time in a year during        
  Tuesday's match against Leeds.      
                                      
  British coach Mal Reilly will name  
  Dermott's replacement after this    
  weekend's fixtures have finished.   
                                      
  Among the favourites to land the    
  spot are Widnjs youngster Steve     
  McCurrie and St Helens packman      
  Bernard Dwyjr.                      
