  MINISTERS MEET NEXT TUESDAY ON CUTS 
  Cabinet minsters will meet again on 
  Tuesday to discuss cuts in public   
  spending, sources said.             
                                      
  At a meeting this morning,          
  ministers from each major spending  
  department put forward their views  
  on where cuts to the £50 billion    
  budget deficit should bj made.      
                                      
  After nearly three-and-a-half       
  hours, it emerged that no final     
  decisions had been reached.         
                                      
  It was one of the longest full      
  Cabinet meetings in recent years.   
 
