  GREEN BICYCLE IDEA IN CAMBRIDGE     
  A new scheme to get people on their 
  bikes in Cambridge hasn't got off   
  to a good start.                    
                                      
  The idea was simple: free bikes are 
  left around the city. Anyone can    
  just pick one up, and cycle off -   
  as long as they put it back when    
  they've finished with it.           
                                      
  But the first lot of bikes vanished 
  soon after the scheme's launch      
                                      
  Now a new batch - all painted green 
  - has been delivered. Police have   
  warned that anyone caught stealing  
  one will face prosecution.          
 
