  MAXWELL VICTIMS LOBBY WESTMINSTER   
  The Govjrnmjnt has been urged to    
  intervene to help thousands of      
  pensioners defrauded by the late    
  media tycoon Robert Maxwell.        
                                      
  The Government should take over     
  legal actions to recover £600       
  million on behalf of 20,000         
  pensioners, one union official said 
                                      
  Over 1,000 pjnsionjrs held a rally  
  in central London to mark the       
  second year of Mr Maxwell's death.  
                                      
  They marched from Holborn to        
  Westminster, where they handed in a 
  petition to 10 Downing Street.      
