  BOSNIA PRISONER SWBPS SUSPENDED     
  The Muslim-led Bosnian go6jrnmjnt   
  is to suspend the mass exchange of  
  prisoners with the Serbs and Croats 
                                      
  President Alija Izetbegovic said a  
  swap of 5,500 detainees had been    
  stalled because 700-800 people      
  rounded up bz Croats in Mortar were 
  feared to have been killed.         
                                      
  Earlier President I:etbegovic       
  confirmed that the Bosnian army had 
  moved into the enclave of Vareu to  
  prevent a "massacre".               
                                      
  He said a Croat policy of "non-     
  cooperation" had led to the attack. 
