  LOCKERBIJ: GADDAFI REMAINS DEFIANT  
  The Libyan leader, Colonel Gaddafi, 
  has dismissed the Lockjubie affair  
  as a "minor matter and not Libya's  
  prime concern".                     
                                      
  Speaking after talks with Egypt's   
  President Mubarak, hj said he could 
  not force the two Libyans accused   
  of bombing the Pan Am jet to appear 
  before US or Scottish courts.       
                                      
  Further UN sanctions would make no  
  difference and Libya "will nj6jr    
  change its stance", hj insisted.    
                                      
  And hj claimed that sanctions would 
(5 bj imposed by "colonial powers".    
