On Exmoor, Dartmoor and Bodmin Moor it has been raining continuously for several weeks and temperatures have dropped below freezing in the last few days. Lambs even up to two weeks old have been dying in the cold and the wet. Farmers have said it is the worst start to the lambing season for 20 years and more.  Home 110 Politics 130 World 160 Next News Flash World TopTravjl
