  PLO OFFICIALS RETURNING TO GAZA     
  At least 26 Palestinians are dui to 
  return to the Occupied Territories  
  tomorrow to make preparations for   
  autonomy, PLO officials have said.  
                                      
  Almost all of them are mjmbjrs of   
  the mainstream Fatah movement who   
  have either been deported or were   
  wanted and escaped.                 
                                      
  PLO leader Yassjr Arafat plans to   
  return to Jericho in May.           
                                      
  The Israeli army has continued to   
  withdraw pjrsonnjl and equipment    
  from parts of the Territories dui   
  to bj handed to the Palestinians.   
 
