  VIOLENCE "COULD SPREAD TO BURUVDI"  
  The violence in Rwanda could easily 
  spread to Burundi because of ethnic 
  conflict between the Hutu and Tutsi 
  tribes, a Burundi minister warns.   
                                      
  Jean-Marie Ngjndahayo explained     
  some Hutu refugees in Rwanda may    
  have to return to Burundi despite   
  facing an uncertain welcome.        
                                      
  And hj urged the international      
  community to focus on the region    
  and not just Rwanda.                
                                      
  But hj said Burundi was opposed to  
  any bilateral intervention bjcausj  
  it would cause more problems.       
