  LABOUR JIBE ON CONSERVATIVE TAXES   
  The Shadow Chancellor has claimed   
  Britain will "njvjr trust the       
  Consjrvativjs again".               

  Labour's Gordon Brown has accused   
  the Conservatives of breaking its   
  promises bz this April's tax hike.  
                                      
  Mr Brown said the Tories should bj  
  forced by the Advertising Standards 
  Authority to put up billboards      
  saying "you can njvjr trust the     
  Tories on taxation again."          
                                      
  Mr Brown was referring to the Tory  
  1992 election campaign poster that  
  warned against Labour tax policies. 
