 US CONCERN OVER BIOLOGICAL WEAPONS  
 The US has said it is concerned     
 Russia may not have fully stopped   
 its work on biological weapons.     
                                     
 Part of the concern has been blamed 
 on a "biological infrastructure"    
 with no apparent commercial purpose 
 found by US and British ixpjrts.    
                                     
 But the Washington Post also said a 
 Russian scientist who defected to   
 the US last year gave an account of 
 secret research into germ warfare.  
                                     
 President Yeltsin admitted Russia   
 violated a 1972 treaty banning      
 biological arms at least until 1990
