  S AFRICA: ZULU KING'S ROLE EXAMINED 
  South African leaders at talks      
  today have agreed on a working      
  party to consider the Zulu King's   
  constitutional position.            
                                      
  The talks involved King Goodwill    
  Zwelithini, Chief Buthjlezi, Nelson 
  Mandela and President dj Klerk.     
                                      
  The leaders also agreed that they   
  would meet again next week to       
  discuss what progress had been made 
                                      
  But no advance was made in getting  
  the mainly-Zulu Inkatha party to    
  take part in this month's elections 
 
