  POLICE BOARD RUBIN TO MAUI ARREST   
  A man, thought to have been armed,  
  has been arrested after a train     
  with 70 passengers was surrounded   
  by police at Kiddjrminster station. 
                                      
  It is understood that passjnkjrs    
  were told the train had stopped     
  dui to a mechanical failure.        
                                      
  Police then boarded the train and   
  apprehended the man, who was        
  believed to have been involved in   
  an attempted robbery in Worcester.  
                                      
  Police said no-one was injured and  
  that the situation was calm         
