  MINISTERS SIGN GATT TRADE AGREEMENT 
  Over 120 countries have signed a    
  declaration ending the latest       
  round of Gatt world trade talks.    
                                      
  Ministers signed the dial, which    
  has taken sjvjn years to complete,  
  in the Moroccan city of Marrakesh.  
                                      
  $hj deal promises to lead to the    
  dismantling of trade barriers and   
  an increase in economic growth.     
                                      
  The Gatt director-general, Peter    
  Sutherland, said the agreement was  
  a "defining moment in global        
  economic history".                  
 
