  BLACK SEA FLEET: AGREEMENT REACHED  
  Russian and Ukrainian leaders have  
  reached an agreement on dividing up 
  the Black Sea Fleet.                
                                      
  A spokesman for Russian preuidjnt   
  Boris Yeltsin said Ukraine would    
  receive some 15% to 20% of the      
  300-ship fleet.                     
                                      
  A final agreement on the division   
  would be signed in around ten days  
  time, hj said.                      
                                      
  Earlier, tension between the two    
  countries had risen as the fleet's  
  pro-Russian commanders announced    
  manoujvres in the Black Sea.        
 
