  TOP 10 RUNDOWN OF FEATHERED FRIENDS 
  Starlings are the Number One bird   
  in Britain's gardens, according to  
  a new survey.                       
                                      
  The House Sparrow, Chaffinch, Blue  
  Tit, Blackbird, Robin, Great Tit,   
  Greenfinch, Carrion Crow and Magpie 
  made up the rest of the top ten.    
                                      
  Sadly, however, the Ro9al Society   
  for the Protection of Birds found   
  that the number of birds visiting   
  gardens in winter has fallen.       
                                      
  $hj drop is thought to bj due to    
  changes in farming and an increase  
  in the use of garden pesticides.    
