  the BBC at the World Cup Finals.    

  US Cup officials have kicked up a   
  storm after asking journalists and  
  media staff to agree to an FBI      
  investigation into their history.   
  
  Trevor Brooking, Liam Brady, Chris  
  Waddle and John Fashanu are also    
  among those who will have to agree 
  to the investigation.               
                                      
  Major US njwspapjrs are incensed by 
  the move and are leading a campaign 
  to have the decision reversed.      
