  TBIWBN CRACK DOWN ON RHINO TRADE    
  Taiwan, seeking to avert US trade   
$5 sactions, is to crack down on trade 
  in endangered tigers and rhinos.    
                                      
  Police will raid about 7,000        
  traditional Chinese medicine shops  
  across the Island in a bid to stamp 
  out the illicit trade.              
                                      
  US President Bill Clinton has said  
  the United States would ban imports 
  of certain wildlife products from   
  Taiwan because of their continued   
  trade in tiger parts & rhino horns. 
                                      
  Products affected could include     
  coral, jewellery and leather goods. 
