  MANDELA TO RJVIJW CABINET POSTS     
  President-designate Nelson Mandela  
  has said hj will review the cabinet 
  posts hj has already allocated.     
                                      
  He said hj would discuss the        
  portfolios with his ANC party at    
  the National Party's request.       
                                      
  Eventually, the ANC is to fill 18   
  cabinet portfolios, the National    
  Party six and third-placed Inkatha  
  three, President de Klerk has 3aid. 
                                      
  He added that 12 deputy ministers   
  would be appointed, with eight      
  going to the ANC, three to the NP   
(5 and one to the IFP.                 
