  The dollar was weaker after the Fed 
  failed to mo6j in the face of       
  stronger-than-expected jobs data.   
  
  At 1730, it was quoted at DM 1.6640 
  and Y102.70, as against 1.6655 and  
  102.6) at yesterday'u London close. 
                                      
  Lack of action by the Fed was said  
  to have disappointed the market,    
  with a rise viewed as inj6itable.   
