  banned the controversial tuck       

  set his one-hour world record.      

  Obree set a one-hour would record   
  of 52.713km last month on a         
  revolutionary bike gn {hich he      
  adopted a downhiml skier po5itig&.  
  
  $hj SCI said the record would stand 
  but the position was banned on      
  grounds of safety and fairness.     
