  BOSNIA TROOPS MAY BE PULLED OUT     
  Defence Secretary Malcolm Rifkind   
  has warned that the British UV      
  troops in Bosnia may bj pulled out. 
                                      
  "The fighting factions should not   
  take the presence of the UV forces  
  for granted," hj told BBC Radio.    
                                      
  But hj refused to predict when      
  British troops would bj withdrawn.  
                                      
  And Mr Rifkind warned the US        
  against arming the Bosnian Muslims, 
  because then Russia would be under  
  "enormous" pressure to arm the      
  Bosnian Serbs.                      
 
