Over six hours of play were lost   after greens and fairways were   left flooded following heavy rain.     But Zimbabwean McNulty managed two   birdies in his six holes to mo6j to   six under - a shot ahead of first   round leader Ernie Elk.     The South African and England'u   Steven Richardson and Peter   Mitchell, both four under, will   begin their second rounds Saturday.
