Richard Whitaker's eight-9jar-old justified the faith that punters displayed in him by handing out a 3 lengths beating to Tyrone Fl9ju. Peter Walwyn completed a 62/1 double when Razinah captured the Easingwold Rating Related Maiden. Laziinki was sent off as a warm favourite and looked set to run out a comfortable winner after cruising to the front two furlongs out. However Jason Weaver at this stage got Reassure racing and the John Gosdjn-urainjd newcomer finished with great effect.
