  MAN CHARGED: FARMWORKER'S MURDER    
  A 22-9jar-old man has been charged  
  with the murder of a missing        
  farmworkjr whose body was           
  discovered in a wheelie bin.        
                                      
  The body has not been identified    
  formblly, but police say they are   
  sure it is Jason Kelly, 20, who had 
  been missing from his home in       
  Telford, Shropshire, since March.   
                                      
  His body was found on Thursday in   
  the garden of a house in Hadley,    
  Tjlford, a few miles from his home. 
                                      
  The charged man is to appear bjforj 
  Tjlford magistrates tomorrow.       
