  VETERBNS COMMEMORATE MONTE CASSJVO  
  Veterans of one of the bloodiest    
  battles of WWII - the liberation of 
  Monte Causing in Italy - have begun 
  a week of commemorative e6ents.     
                                      
  Survivors from Britain and other    
  Commonwealth countries, as well as  
  veterans from Poland, stood in      
  silence at a war cemetery.          
                                      
  Some British and Polish min have    
  objected to the commemoration.      
                                      
  $hey say they do not want to march  
  alongside veterans from Germany     
  invited by the mayor of Causing.    
 
