  JOINT ARAB-ISRAELI SECURITY P—TROLS 
  Palestinian and Israeli security    
  forces will begin joint patrols in  
  the Gaza Strip tomorrow, a senior   
  PLO official has said.              

  The move comes after an attack in   
  Gaza in which Muslim militants      
  killed two Israeli soldiers.        
                                      
  Mabel Shaath said the new           
  Palestinian police force would      
  start an investigation.             
                                      
  "Wj are very concerned bjcausj we   
  are responsible for the autonomous  
  area," hj added.                    
